I’m Michael and I’m from the Isle of Wight located in the South of England.
I’m a web developer and now apparently… a blogger ?
I’m passionate about the outdoors, exploring, and travel. Before Covid-19 I’d gone on a few solo travel adventures and really caught the travel bug…but then we were locked down in the UK ?
In what I’m calling a mid-pandemic crisis and after having too much time online looking at the dreamy places to travel to…I bought a van, it’s a 2013 Citroen Relay panel van L3H2. The aim is to convert it to a tiny home on wheels to travel in the post-pandemic world.
To be clear, I have no van conversion experience, I have no house renovation experience, I haven’t even driven a van before, I’m just a compete novice who has a keen interest in DIY and generally creating things.
There will be a section on my blog to share my experiences and recommendations relating to the van build so if you’re taking on a project like this you can learn from my mistakes haha. Even if your aren’t doing a van conversion a lot of the things will be relevant to other projects.
I’ll also be sharing my travel experiences here on my blog to help inspire your own adventures, it’s time to get out and discover new places!
One of my long term dreams it’s to be able to travel for long periods of time without being tied to a location ?
